Join me for The Art of Boundaries: A Masterclass for Social Impact Leaders - a 90-minute online training

In this 90-minute interactive masterclass, I will share four strategies for creating, communicating, and practicing generous and sustainable boundaries so you can lead with empathy and create meaningful impact while also sustaining yourself.

The term “boundaries” often carries a heavy emotional weight. In my book and work with clients, I prefer the term “containers,” which emphasizes the practice of consciously creating boundaries that can flexibly expand or contract based on the situation. This approach allows you to support others while also nurturing your own resilience.

Common boundary challenges:

  • A scenario we regularly struggle to engage with or default to over-engagement

  • Overriding our boundaries for the comfort of others

  • Failing to reconsider our approach when we are promoted or take on a new role

The strategies and insights shared in this masterclass are grounded in research and my 25+ years of experience in health and social care settings.

Participants will leave with specific, actionable strategies and empowering practices that can be implemented immediately in your daily work and relationships.

We will explore common pitfalls related to work boundaries and discuss the critical role of clear communication about our boundaries (and shifts in boundaries) in preventing burnout and fostering respect in our interactions.

I will introduce a framework for creating adaptable containers—an approachable way to set boundaries that can be tailored to different circumstances and negotiated healthily.

During the training, we will practice adjusting boundaries with real-life examples from my coaching and training experiences.

Participants will learn:

- A framework for creating generous and sustainable boundaries

- Prompts for communicating your boundaries clearly

- An approach for reassessing boundaries that may need adjustment

Masterclasses are intentionally kept small, with registration limited to 25 participants to ensure an intimate and interactive experience.
