About Shannon Weber

Shannon Weber believes you can thrive at the intersection of empathy and resilience.

 

By day, Shannon leads efforts to end HIV. By night, she hangs anonymous love notes in public spaces with her three teenagers. She is a serial social entrepreneur, having launched several HIV-informed sexual and reproductive health initiatives that have served thousands locally and impacted tens of thousands around the globe.

In addition to her work with healthcare providers and burnout, Shannon is the founding artist behind LoveYou2, a public art platform spanning 30 countries that utilizes love notes and art installations to create connection. Shannon has a Master’s of Social Work from Tulane University, New Orleans, received the 2018 UCSF Chancellor’s Award for Public Service, and has taught on stages from Durban to Hong Kong. She lives in San Francisco, CA.
